The Top:
Once they'd decided roughly how they were going to install their watercooling kit, they masked the top of the case and started cutting a place to mount the radiator with a trusty Dremel. Kill kill kill!!
The cuts were made where the existing 80mm squared fan vent was. Since they'll be installing a 2x120mm radiator, they made sure the hole was big enough for that. In addition, they decided to use nice laser cut fan grill on the top, so they made sure to leave room for the mounting screws to be attached to the case. Once the hole had been cut, the area was de-burred and then filed to ensure that there were no sharp edges.
There's a green theme going throughout the case, if you've not already established that. Once the hole in the top had been cut and filed, they set to work on cutting and shaping a piece of 5mm green UV-reactive plexi to put under the laser cut fan grill.
Here you can see it test-fitted - we think it's a nice subtle addition. To continue the theme, another piece was cut and filed so that it fit underneath the plastic lip that's mounted at the front on the top of the case. These two pieces will be lit up later on.
